We have a vacancy for an experienced sales coordinator. We would like to talk to candidates with a minimum of three years experience in the administration of sales transactions for high quality technology products.
To succeed in this position, the following attributes are essential:
Extensive experience in standard sales procedures including quotations and invoicing.
Competence in the use of Pastel for sales invoice processing and inventory adjustments.
Competence in the use of Goldmine CRM and MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.
Sufficient discipline to attend to good management practices.
Ability to communicate professionally with both local and international customers.
Thorough understanding of shipping and supply logistics.
Punctuality and commitment to deadlines.
The incumbent's duties will be to:
Provide customers with quotations, pricing and product availability.
Process customer orders, requisition goods and generate sales invoices.
Attend to documentation as required including insurance, customs and other export documentation.
Attend to the shipment of goods to customers.
Attend to associated administration to record, process, report, archive and provide statistics. Conversion of foreign currency.
Maintain customer database.
Manage customer call itineraries
Conduct market research.
Attend to various sundry tasks as allocated from time to time.
